As a leader in our industry, New-Firmus is committed to providing safety above all. Putting safety first is the primary objective of all our business operations.
To achieve this goal, we constantly work together with our employees, clients, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure this objective is met. Our business management plan addresses all aspects necessary to establish a safe and caring environment.
Our Corporate Safety Program continues to maintain its Certificate of Recognition (COR) and we provide quality in-house training. Our staff include a qualified Fall Protection Instructor, an Aerial Work Platform Instructor, as well as Train the Trainer in WHMIS, Flagger and Fit Testing. Other training, such as CSTS-2020, Rigging, First Aid, Confined Space, Leadership for Safety Excellence is done externally.
Our Health and Safety Excellence Plan includes the promotion and maintenance of the highest degree of physical, psychological, and social well-being of our employees and subcontractors. Ensuring the safety of all our workers, followed by minimizing our footprint on the environment is key.
